Saturday we will be taking a field trip to explore the Mazatzal Wilderness. It’s about an hour drive. We will coordinate car pooling. Please comment what distance you plan to run. We have a designated loop that is 18 miles with shorter distances being out and backs on a forest service road.

The exit is off of Hwy 87 at the Mt Ord-Sycamore Creek turnoff. Go west towards Sycamore Creek, FR 626 about a mile, right on FR 201, another mile or so, and then park at the intersection of FR201 and FR25.
