It’s hump-day! It’s Wake Up Wednesday group run, hosted by Trevor Davenport. Enjoy the “cool” Arizona mornings with an hour-long run at your own pace. This week, join me at Veteran’s Oasis park for a flat run around the lake. If we’re lucky, the killer bunnies and feral cats won’t bite our ankles ;-P kidding.
